Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a sanitation associate to support the production line by removing waste, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a sanitary work area. The role requires adherence to GMPs, PPE, and USDA guidelines while following sanitation SOPs and safety rules.

Operators may handle compactor operations and pallet jacks as needed. Responsibilities include daily line cleaning, cross-contamination prevention, proper chemical handling, and reporting equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write English (Bilingual Preferred)
• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Stand, reach and climb stairs occasionally; works with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure product on the floor is squeegee/scooped and placed in appropriate disposal bin.
• Conduct daily operational cleaning including rinsing of lines between breaks and lunches to avoid cross contamination.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals properly and ensure PPE and safety regulations are followed.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment for cleaning and ensure parts remain with equipment.
• Follow lock out tag out procedures and GMPs in sanitation and USDA guidelines.
