Job summary

EnerSys in Springfield, MO seeks Plant 1 Team Lead for Nights shift (6pm–6am) to oversee production area operations and scheduling.

You will hire decisions, supervise, ensure quality, safety, and training; collaborate with teams to meet production goals and maintain documentation for compliance.

The role requires 2–4 years in production and at least 1 year supervisory experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog.
• Assist in hiring decisions and the selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge, including evaluations and performance reviews.
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation.
• Conduct training of assigned personnel.
• Maintain safety of work area according to company safety requirements.
