Qualifications

• Preferred: 1-year supervisory experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication with subordinates, co-workers, management, vendors, and customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog
• Assist in hiring decisions and selection of department personnel
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards and test procedures
