Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Plant 1 Team Lead for Sub Assembly, 3rd shift, Sun-Th, 9:50pm-6:20am in Springfield, MO. You will oversee a designated production area, ensure on-time assembly and adherence to quality standards, and lead safety and training initiatives.

The role requires 2-4 years in production and at least 1 year supervising others; high school diploma or equivalent is required. EnerSys offers a stable manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog.
• Assist in hiring decisions and the selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge, including evaluations and performance reviews.
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation.
• Conduct training of assigned personnel.
• Maintain safety of work area according to company safety requirements.
