United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to monitor and organize planning, safety, quality, and technical activities for Direct Hire union pipefitters across multiple stakeholders at Thacker Pass, NV. You will coordinate field operations to align with schedules and ensure safe execution, with strong leadership and communication.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial direct-hire construction, plus

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive working knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
• Experience managing union craft Heavy industrial US direct hire construction experience.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and the company’s Zero Accidents program.

Responsabilités

• Own cost, schedule and optimization of craft labor and maintaining the overall construction schedule, the 90 day and 4 week look ahead schedules for labor and equipment.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and practices and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training in conjunction with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Champion the cause of ZERO Accident Philosophy.
• Ensure that the company and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility.
• Monitor the activities of craft to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Review craft time records using established automated tools.
• Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements
• Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.
