Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced Photolithography Maintenance Technician for its Palm Bay, FL facility. The role requires self-motivation, excellent communication, and a track record maintaining photolithography and metrology equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance of toolsets, extensive hands-on troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment reliability on a 100% onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• AS or BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or 5+ years related work experience.
• 5+ years supporting TEL ACT8 coat/develop tracks.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with at least 5 years in Equipment Maintenance.
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and capable communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of photolithography/metrology tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair toolsets including Canon iW/i1 Steppers, Perkin Elmer Aligners, SVG tracks, TEL ACT8 coat/developer tracks, HITACHI SEM, IVS metrology tools.
