Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Photolithography Maintenance Technician to support its Palm Bay, Florida facility. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance of tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area, including steppers, aligners, coater and developer tracks, SEMs, and metrology tools.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in semiconductor equipment maintenance, strong mechanical and electronic skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and

Qualifikationen

• AS or BS in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting TEL ACT8 coat/develop tracks.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment in Equipment Maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Strong electronic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of SPC used in manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Maintain tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Canon iW/i1 Steppers, Aligners, SVG tracks, Coater/Developer tracks, and metrology tools.
• Support equipment uptime and process reliability in a 100% onsite facility.
