Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced Etch Maintenance Technician to support its Palm Bay, Florida facility. The role requires self-motivation, clear communication, and the ability to work in a high-performance semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of Etch area tool sets and associated equipment such as Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches. Onsite work with day/night compression shifts available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Etch area tool sets.
• Maintain additional tool sets including Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches.
