Zusammenfassung

Renesas Electronics seeks an experienced Photolithography Maintenance Technician to support its Palm Bay, Florida facility. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance of photolithography/metrology toolsets, including Canon iW/i1/i4 steppers and multiple linked systems.

The candidate should have 5+ years in semiconductor equipment maintenance, strong mechanical and electronic skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

• AS or BS in electrical or mechanical or, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting Canon i1, iW, and i4 steppers.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Strong electronic skills.
• Excellent Oral communication skills.
• Excellent Written Communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area.
• Maintain tool sets including Canon iW/i1/i4 steppers, Perkin Elmer 600 Aligners, SVG90,88,86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater/Developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology tools.
• Work in Palm Bay, FL onsite and ensure readiness of equipment for production.
