Job summary
Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician for our New Albany, Ohio facility. You will support the pharmacy team, ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations, and help maintain accurate patient records on a night-shift schedule (Front Half Nights, Sun–Wed, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM).
Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, stocking and labeling medications, and maintaining a compliant, efficient pharmacy operation.
Qualifications
- Active OH Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Responsibilities
- Practice state and federal pharmacy regulations for ordering, handling, and management of prescriptions.
- Maintain privacy rules regarding PHI per HIPAA.
- Update patient profiles per state regulations.
- Attend pharmacy team meetings as necessary.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to drive quality.
- Assist with stocking, labeling, assembling, and filling medications as permitted.
