Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for our New Albany, Ohio location to deliver outstanding pharmacy services and oversee patient care within federal and state regulations. You will ensure accurate dispensing, counseling, and quality control while leading pharmacy operations and staff.

The role requires a PharmD license, 1–3 years of pharmacist experience, and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws. Competitive benefits and a patient-centered work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required
• Licensed Pharmacist active license in their state upon hire
• 1-3 years of pharmacist experience
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws
• Ability to work flexible shift times
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Update and maintain patient profile records per state regulations
• Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy regulations for prescriptions
• Attend pharmacy team meetings
• Drive quality by following SOPs
• Follow State Board of Pharmacy rules
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment per FDA rules
• Provide world-class pharmacy experience for patients
• Perform drug utilization reviews, counseling, and dispensing
• Dispense medications with accurate labeling and interpretation
• Oversee technicians’ workflow and verify orders and inspections
• Supervise support personnel
• Enforce infection-control protocols
• Contribute to team goals as needed
