Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our Back Half Nights shift (Wed–Sat, 9pm–7:30am) in a closed‑door pharmacy facility. You will compound non‑sterile medications, ensure USP <795> and <800> compliance, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role requires OH registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and at least 1 year of pharmacy tech experience, with opportunities for professional development and career growth within compounding and automation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacy tech experience; hospital/compounding preferred.
• Knowledge of USP <795> and <800> standards.
• Strong attention to detail in measurements and records.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non‑sterile compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non‑sterile compounding inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a compliant work environment.
• Participate in site training, competency assessments, and revalidation.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Compound non‑sterile medications per orders and site SOPs.
