Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and support long-term care facilities and home-based patients. You will enter prescriptions quickly and accurately into the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system, while handling phone inquiries with calm, professional responses.

The role is on-site at our closed-door pharmacy in Maryland, offering 3rd shift hours (10:00pm-6:30am, M-F with rotating weekends) and a training period moved to daytime shifts for

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

Efficient order entry and follow-up.
Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Must work with urgency and timeliness.
