Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the closed‑door facility in Rosedale, MD. You will enter prescriptions into our RemediSeniorCareFramework/DocuTrackpharmacy system and communicate with customers over the phone to address needs efficiently.

Location is on site at 9006 Yellow Brick Road, with a schedule that includes 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am and rotating weekends; first four weeks require training in a 9am–5:30pm or 2pm–10:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must work with urgency and timeliness.

We are seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long‑term care facilities. As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our RemediSeniorCareFramework/DocuTrackpharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Location: On site at our closed‑door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Road, Rosedale, MD)

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour (dependent upon experience and license type) + $1.00/hr Shift Differential

AvailableSchedule: 3rd Shift:10:00pm-6:30am(M-F) with rotating weekends

(first four weeks must be available to work a 9 am – 5:30 or 2pm-10:30 pm training schedule)

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

• Efficient order entry and follow‑up
• Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Must work with urgency and timeliness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technicianwith the State Board of Pharmacyrequired

Skills & Abilities

• Order entry experience
• Strong computer skills
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long‑term care pharmacy preferred but not required
