Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician on-site in Maryland to efficiently enter prescriptions into our framework/DocuTrack system and communicate with customers by phone. The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and collaboration with leadership to meet department goals.

The position offers a 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am, M-F with rotating weekends) with a salary of $18-$20/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential, and requires current Pharmacy Technician registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required.
• LT care pharmacy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must work with urgency and timeliness.
