Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to enter prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system at our on-site facility in Maryland. The role involves phone communications with customers and accurate data entry under pharmacist supervision.

Required: high school diploma and active Pharmacy Technician registration; two years in long-term care pharmacy preferred. We offer full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required.
• Two years in a long-term care pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must work with urgency and timeliness.
