Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and support long-term care facilities and home-based patients. You will enter prescriptions quickly and accurately into the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system, while handling phone inquiries with calm, professional responses.

The role is on-site at our closed-door pharmacy in Maryland, offering 3rd shift hours (10:00pm-6:30am, M-F with rotating weekends) and a training period moved to daytime shifts for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must work with urgency and timeliness.

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Road, Rosedale, MD)

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour (dependent upon experience and license type) + $1.00/hr Shift Differential

Available Schedule: 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am (M-F) with rotating weekends

(first four weeks must be available to work a 9 am - 5:30 or 2pm-10:30 pm training schedule)

Qualifications:

• Order entry experience
• Strong computer skills
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
