Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Tennessee pharmacy technician license required.
• Experience leading operations/production teams.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Proficient in MS Office, email, internet.
• Able to work on-site in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fulfillment, packing, and pharmacy operations.
• Lead frontline staff to achieve service, productivity, and quality goals.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review quality events and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and development.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and engagement.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, inventory leaders, operations managers, quality teams, and cross-functional partners.
