Job summary

ConnectiveRx in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of pharmacists and technicians in a non-dispensing environment. The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient/client support, with a rotating hybrid schedule from 8a-8p ET.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD (or BS Pharm) and PA licensure, 3+ years of leadership in healthcare operations, and strong collaboration with clinical and quality partners to enhance service

Qualifications

• BS Pharm or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Must have a valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing and maintain licensure.
• During the two-year reporting period, pharmacists complete 30 CE hours approved by ACPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management for a team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversee non-dispensing workflow including clinical engagement and medication therapy management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report operational performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation and client requirements are met; support audits.
• Develop and maintain training and quality programs to promote competency.
