Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time Clinical Pharmacist to optimize patient care with safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical services.

You will supervise technicians, provide drug information, and support med-surg. Qualifications include PharmD or ACPE-accredited B.S., hospital clinical experience, and either a PGY-1 residency or 2+ years of practice with active license and required certifications.

Competenze

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or fellowship.
• 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience with no residency or fellowship.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS & ALS/ACLS certification (BLS required within 90 days of hire;ALS/ACLS required for attending Code Blue).
• Doctor of Pharmacy (preferred) from ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
