Hillcrest Hospital South seeks a night-shift Clinical Pharmacist in Tulsa, OK, full-time. This decentralized role supports med surg and oversees pharmacy technicians and students under the Pharmacy Director/Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Pharm D or ACPE-accredited degree, hospital clinical experience, and an active pharmacist license with BLS/ACLS certification. PGY-1 residency or fellowship is preferred, with alternative pathway for 2+ years experience and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or fellowship.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS & ACLS certification (BLS within 90 days; ACLS for Code Blue).

Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist optimizes patient care by providing appropriate, safe, and cost effective pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing, IV admixture program, and providing drug information.
• Works under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy and/or the Pharmacy Operations Manager and will oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff.
• This is a decentralized position supporting med surg.
