Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus technical training in mechanics or related fields.
• Experience: 10 years in Pharmaceuticals packaging.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and PLC understanding; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical personnel and train staff.
• Manage manpower to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate equipment setups, repairs and installations to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, FDA, DEA and OSHA regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to mechanical employees and perform payroll activities for the team.
