Lonza Inc. Tampa is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Operator to support solid oral dosage production onsite. You will operate tablet presses, encapsulation, and coating lines while following cGMP procedures and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes setup, monitoring, line clearance, documentation, and quality checks. Experience in regulated manufacturing and flexibility for overtime are valuable assets for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, manufacturing instructions, and accurately complete production documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Commitment to following quality, cGMP, and safety requirements in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with solid oral dosage manufacturing or equipment such as tablet presses, capsule fillers, blenders, granulators, mills, or coating systems preferred.
• Familiarity with batch records, SOPs, line clearance, equipment cleaning, in-process testing, and GDP, with flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules as needed

Responsabilités

• Perform manufacturing operations for tablet and capsule products, including dispensing, blending, granulation, drying, milling, compression, encapsulation, and coating activities.
• Set up, operate, monitor, clean, and support changeovers of manufacturing equipment in accordance with approved procedures.
• Conduct line clearances and verify materials, labels, equipment status, and documentation before production activities begin.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, cGMP requirements, and GDP while completing accurate production documentation.
• Perform in-process checks, collect samples, and monitor equipment and processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Maintain clean and compliant manufacturing areas while safely handling materials and following contamination-control and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives, and adapt to changing production demands.
