Job summary

Lannett Company seeks a production operator to support manufacturing and packaging of solid dose products in a cGMP environment. You will handle documentation, execute batch records, and work with setup, cleaning, and equipment operation per SOPs.

Responsibilities include performing in-process quality checks, operating press and coating equipment, and assisting with changeovers. A team-focused, detail-oriented candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing or packaging is an asset.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document batch records and logbooks with detail and accuracy.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Operate and clean production and packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Dispense, mix, coat, encapsulate, mill, blend, and print as part of manufacturing.
• Execute changeovers and maintain reporting for the work unit.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training of new operators.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned to meet department goals.
