Job summary

Lannett Company Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to perform functions related to processing drug products in alignment with cGMP and SOPs.

You will ensure compliance to standards while safely executing duties in the manufacturing and packaging of oral solid dose products. The role involves operating equipment, completing batch records, performing in-process quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Production/Packaging experience is an asset.
• Must be able to follow SOPs and Batch Records.
• Ability to read and document data accurately in English.

Responsibilities

• Executes Batch Record and logbook documentation with detail and accuracy.
• Performs in-process quality checks and documents results.
• Operates production and packaging equipment per SOPs and procedures.
• Maintains production/packaging reporting for the assigned work unit.
• Collaborates with team and communicates issues to supervisor.
