Job summary

Merck in North Carolina seeks a Maintenance Technician (Nights) to support VMF Operations in aseptic and clean room environments. You will perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, document activities, and work with Production, Quality and Technical Operations to ensure compliant, reliable equipment performance.

The role requires 2+ years in equipment maintenance, experience with GMP environments, and ability to read P&ID diagrams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of equipment maintenance or related experience.
• Experience with GMP/regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience reading P&IDs, electrical drawings, blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment in sterile/cleanroom Manufacturing areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities in SAP or similar systems.
• Communicate clearly with shifts, teams and supervisors and maintain accurate records.
