Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Nights Maintenance Technician (12-hour shift) to support VMF Operations. The role involves maintaining aseptic manufacturing equipment, performing troubleshooting, and documenting activities using SAP and related systems.

The position requires evening/overnight availability, weekend and holiday rotation, and adherence to cGMP and safety standards. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, interactions with Production, Quality, and Technical

Qualifications

• Two years minimum equipment maintenance or related experience.
• Experience in GMP/regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Experience reading P&IDs, electrical drawings, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to deviations in a timely manner.
• Document work activities in SAP and related systems.
