The position is full-time with three 12-hour night shifts per week, requiring a HS diploma or GED and at least four years of recovery-principle experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of recovery-principle experience.
• Willingness to travel within a 60-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with non-clinical support and build trust.
• Document history and screenings in the EHR per IFPR standards.
• Create individualized recovery plans based on needs and SDOH.
• Connect clients with non-clinical services and community resources.
• Model supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Educate on navigating treatment and care systems with IFPR navigators.
• Encourage self-directed recovery choices.
• Lead recovery support meetings and document for grants.
• Support timely reporting for grant compliance.
