Job summary

Elderwood Administrative Services' Pediatric Specialty Care at Point Pleasant, PA is seeking Registered Nurses for night shift weekend-only opportunities. The role features 12-hour shifts and a night-shift differential of $5 per hour.

Candidates with NICU or step-down NICU experience in pediatric long-term care will thrive in a facility focusing on medically complex residents. Location serves Bucks County, Lehigh Valley, and Central New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA or multi-state license.
• Valid BLS/CPR and First Aid.
• NICU or step-down NICU experience preferred.
• Pediatric long-term care experience welcomed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care based on each resident’s needs.
• Assess resident conditions and implement care plans.
• Recognize and respond to changes in condition.
• Carry out treatments and interventions per nursing practices.
• Communicate with providers, families, and team members.
• Coordinate resident-centered care across shifts and disciplines.
• Guide non-licensed staff within RN scope.
• Support clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
