Job summary

Elderwood Administrative Services seeks a Part-Time or Full-Time RN Supervisor for Pediatric Specialty Care at Point Pleasant, PA. The role leads an on-site nursing team across 12-hour shifts with night‑shift differential and a rotating schedule.

You will mentor staff, ensure safe, individualized pediatric care, and coordinate actions during changes in resident conditions. PA license and pediatric leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license in good standing or an active multistate license with authorization to practice in Pennsylvania
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Clinical judgment and preparation for medically complex pediatric residents
• Strong communication, organization, and team-support skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight throughout the assigned shift.
• Support nurses and direct-care team members in delivering safe, individualized care.
• Monitor resident needs and help coordinate timely responses to changes in condition.
• Serve as a clinical resource for guidance, assistance, or escalation.
• Promote clear communication during shift changes and reporting.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary partners to maintain continuity of care.
• Reinforce clinical standards, accountability, and a calm, well-coordinated care environment.
• Help create a workplace where team members feel supported and residents are treated with dignity and respect.
