Job summary
Lehigh Valley Health Network in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced NICU registered nurse to provide professional nursing care for designated patients during night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with policies, while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, PA RN license, and BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
- Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care.
- Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty.
- Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
- Basic computer skills.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for designated patients.
- Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
- Upholds quality and safety through evidence-based practice.

- Provides patient and family education to facilitate care transitions.
