Job summary

Pediatric Specialty Care in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, benefit-eligible position. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to medically complex residents in a pediatric long-term care setting, with NICU/step-down NICU experience preferred. Day shifts are 7:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m., 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend work is required. Applicants must hold PA RN licensure, valid BLS/CPR, and be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA or multi-state (NLC) and BLS/CPR/First Aid.
• Experience with medically complex pediatric residents is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care based on residents' medical and developmental needs.
• Assess and update individualized care plans and coordinate with care teams.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions promptly and effectively.
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
