Job summary

Compass Connections is hiring a registered nurse for our Henderson facility in Los Fresnos, Texas. The position requires an active Texas RN license, current BLS, and at least one year of RN experience, with pediatric nursing preferred.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and shifts are 7 pm–7 am on a 3-on/3-off or 4-on/4-off rotation. We offer 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas and current BLS/CPR certifications.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience; pediatric nursing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (7 pm–7 am) and rotate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and patient education, assess symptoms and determine urgency.
• Perform nursing assessments, charting, and immunizations per protocols.
• Administer medications and document in EMR; monitor for side effects.
• Coordinate health services for children in care and communicate with medical staff.
