Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking compassionate registered nurses to join our facility in Robstown, Texas, providing pediatric nursing care in a shelter/group home setting. You will ensure patient safety, perform assessments, administer medications, and document care with HIPAA-compliant accuracy.

Work hours are night shifts with a schedule of 7pm-8am (3 days) and 7pm-11pm (1 day). Requirements include a Texas RN license, BLS, and pediatric experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas; BLS required; Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• BSN degree preferred; active nursing license in good standing.
• Ability to document accurately and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and nursing assessments following protocols.
• Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain medical records with timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate health services for children in care and with providers.
• Communicate findings to NP/Lead Medical Coordinator and team.
