This night-shift leadership role focuses on clinical oversight of nursing and support staff, ensuring developmentally appropriate pediatric patient care in alignment with regulatory requirements. The supervisor will coordinate shift operations, manage staffing, and monitor patient throughput while upholding the hospital's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Arizona or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
• Experience with pediatric patient populations (preferred)
• Current BLS certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations to deliver family-centered care.
• Manage patient throughput, admissions, discharges, transfers and rounding.
• Oversee staffing processes and scheduling to meet patient needs and staff competencies.
• Ensure documentation, supplies and equipment readiness; report care metrics.
• Lead clinical staff development and adherence to policy, safety, and quality standards.
• Communicate with leadership to drive performance improvement and patient safety.
