Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for a night shift (10 pm–6:30 am) to operate production equipment and meet quality standards. You will read job orders, set up machinery, and help ensure efficient, safe manufacturing in a team environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in manufacturing; overtime and cross-training are common. On-site health center and comprehensive benefits support our employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate various machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Assess product quality and verify procedures.
• Record defects and data in the quality management system.
• Escalate issues promptly to technicians, management, or engineering.
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures; report accidents and safety concerns.
• Cross-train in other departments to operate additional equipment.
