Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Sterling, VA is hiring for a Production Operator on the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 12:00am–8:30am). In a high-production environment you will read shop orders, set up and operate machinery, perform quality checks and document data as part of a safety-focused team.

Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred; ability to lift 10–50 lbs; willingness to overtime; comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision and 401k.

Qualifications

• Read and understand English work orders and customer specifications.
• General computer skills to update records and enter data.
• Able to sit/stand and lift 10–50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, customer specs).
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and verify procedures are followed.
• Record defects and data; escalate issues to technicians/management/engineers.
• Record product data on shop orders and in computer systems.
• Prepare production area, keep it clean, and maintain safe environment.
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures; report accidents or safety concerns.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area.
