Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Machine Operator/Production Operator for 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Mon–Fri) with overtime potential and occasional half-days on Saturdays. You will work on screening processes, applying soldermasks and legends to circuit boards, and assist with basic equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities include setting up jobs from travelers, operating presses, and running a pumice scrubber; completing LPI ink or dry film development and ensuring registration accuracy.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Standing for long periods is required.
• Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.
• Good manual dexterity for use of common office equipment (computer terminals, calculator, copiers, FAX machines).
• Use of hand tools requires dexterity.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS - MACHINE OPERATOR / PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to screening process to manually apply various soldermasks and legends to circuit boards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up jobs from travelers and verify registration.
• Operate various presses.
• Operate pumice scrubber.
• Develop LPI Ink or Dry Film off circuit boards through the developer
• Perform some maintenance of equipment.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.
