Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint division seeks a Patient Observation Lead in Kyle, TX. This full-time role supervises a team of Patient Observation Associates and supports the department's managers in operating the Patient Observation and Transport Program.

The shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has prior patient observation and supervisory experience and is committed to safe, timely, and accurate patient observation.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a patient care setting.
• Experience coordinating patient observation activities and staff.
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work of Patient Observation Associates.
• Coordinate assignments and ensure coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and complete shift reports.
