TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a Part-time Patient Observation Lead at Ascension Seton Williamson in Round Rock, TX. The role supervises Patient Observation Associates, ensuring safe and timely observation of patients who cannot be left unattended.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with prior patient observation experience preferred, and offers training and opportunities to grow with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Prior patient observation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily work of Patient Observation Associates.
• Communicates with associates, resources staffing, client staff and leadership, as appropriate.
• Coordinates associate assignments with client personnel, as appropriate.
• Performs float break coverage to support associates at offsite accounts where applicable.
• Communicates policies and procedures to ensure compliance, standardization and processes for improvement.
• Completes shift reports, break sheets, and associate patient assignments to ensure coverage and support.
• Must be able to perform all duties of Patient Observation Associates.
• Cross‑trained in Patient Transport and/or other departments when/where applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
