Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient, family, and visitor concerns with empathy and timely communication.
• Provide proactive information and service recovery as needed.
• Round in the Specialty Waiting Area and units to update families and coordinate with care teams.
• Document interactions and log complaints for the Patient Experience Coordinator Lead.
