Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes patient care such as vital signs, measurements, and basic activities of daily living.
• Documents patient care and other assignments.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed by licensed staff.
• Communicates patient needs to the health care team to tailor the care plan.
• Acts as courier between departments and performs clerical duties as needed.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are stocked and organized for efficient patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
