Job summary

Arkansas Children's Hospital Sleep Lab in Springdale is seeking a Polysomnography Technologist for nightly shifts (7 PM–7 AM), three 12-hour shifts Thursday–Saturday. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and night/weekend pay differentials are offered.

Required: Associate degree or equivalent; 2 years of sleep lab polysomnography experience with licensure options. Certifications may include LRCP, BRPT, or NBRC. Join a team dedicated to pediatric patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year program or technical school.
• Respiratory - 2 years sleep laboratory performing polysomnograms.
• Certifications: LRCP, BRPT, or NBRC are acceptable options.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and effective sleep study care addressing pediatric patient needs.
• Completes required in-services and training to maintain competency.
• Collaborates with team to deliver quality patient care across the continuum.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment meeting regulatory standards.
• Gives feedback and contributes to quality improvement in patient care.
• Uses literature and research to guide evidence-based practice in sleep tech.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
