Responsibilities

• Assist with direct and indirect patient care under nurse supervision.
• Support activities of daily living for patients.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to nurses.
• Record vital signs, weights, and routine data in patient charts.
• Use electronic medical records as trained for documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge as needed.
