Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Current registration with Maryland Board of Nursing as CNA I or CNA II.
• Heart Saver (CPR) Certification.
• Ability to read and write English to provide care and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills to document in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort, and safety to assigned patients under nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding).
• Perform delegated nursing tasks and observe patient changes.
• Record vitals, intake/output, weights, and glucose using EMR.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and stock supplies.
