Qualifications

• Completion of multiple recognized patient care training programs.
• Possession of or enrollment in clinical-oriented nursing programs.
• Two years of direct patient care experience or equivalent certification accepted at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports, and documents data: vital signs, height/weight, intake/output, pulse oximetry, and specimens.
• Obtains blood samples via venipuncture and performs POCT as assigned.
• Assists with patient activities and care per the plan of care.
• Provides personal hygiene, wound care, and basic skincare for various patient needs.
• Assists with feeding and helps ambulate and reposition patients.
• Supports patient safety and adheres to isolation and infection control measures.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
