Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and communicate patient findings to the RN to prevent delays in care.
• Document patient care data in the electronic chart according to guidelines.
• Assist with routine hygienic, nutritional, and comfort needs of patients.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as vitals, measurements, and basic procedures.
• Support nursing staff with treatments and patient transfers.
• Provide patient safety and comfort during shifts as directed.
