Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Relationship-based Care to foster therapeutic patient relationships.
• Delivers basic bedside care and selected procedures under RN supervision.
• Performs activities of daily living appropriate to patient condition.
• Maintains patient medical records and census accuracy.
• Manages unit communication with physicians, other departments, and visitors.
• Supports patient education under RN direction.
• Ensures safety and participates in unit-based committees for patient care quality.
