Job summary

Community Hospital OKC is seeking a PRN Night Shift Patient Care Technician to join a compassionate team dedicated to excellent patient care. You will assist patients with basic needs and collaborate with medical professionals to support recovery and comfort.

The role requires interpersonal skills, reliability, and a commitment to safety, with training provided for clinical tasks and ongoing competency development.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have one year clinical hospital experience OR
• Completion of a nursing assistant (CNA, MA, AUA) training program or equivalent OR
• Completion of one semester of clinical nursing courses in an accredited RN program.
• BLS healthcare required 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients and supports clinical team according to policy and procedure.
• Ability to take direction and follow through concisely to promote efficiency.
• Ability to communicate well with patients, families and co-workers.
• Ability to set priorities.
• Acts to protect and advance patient’s best interest.
