Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read/write and perform basic 4 function math.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CNA Certification preferred but not required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, height/weight, and oxygen saturation.
• Report unusual observations to the nurse.
• Collect various specimens for analysis and record intake/output.
• Provide patient with personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with nutrition, room service, and feeding.
